An auction to play a round of golf with a celebrity at DT38 Australia's first ever Charity Golf Day is now open.
Bidding has opened to play a four ball (you plus two friends) with a host of stars including Perth Glory defender Alex Grant, club legend Bobby Despotovski, Perth Wildcats icon Mike Ellis, DT38 Patron and Fox Sports presenter Daniel Garb and DT38 Ambassador and Fox Sports commentator Simon Hill.
The event takes place on May 21st at Wembley Golf Course, Wembley Downs and will also include a Q & A dinner with the stars in the evening.
The event is officially supported by Perth Glory FC and all proceeds from the event will be donated to DT38 Australia and our ongoing campaign to raise awareness of testicular cancer.
DT38 was set up in memory of Dylan Tombides. Dylan was an Australian International and West Ham United professional football player who passed away aged 20 in April 2014 after a 3 year battle with testicular cancer. The foundation has been formed as a result of Dylan initially being misdiagnosed.
Our vision is to change the way testicular cancer is diagnosed by implementing best practice diagnostic guidelines for patients who present with testicular symptoms. We also aim to arm future generations of young men with the necessary knowledge about testicular cancer that will enable them to be confident when taking health matters into their own hands.
